Newsletter Collator/Editor
CLASP produces a quarterly newsletter which is distributed to every household in Stevenston.
The newsletter contains information on local groups, events and services relevant to the Stevenston community - it also provides an opportunity for local businesses to advertise.
Duties
As the newsletter is printed quarterly the time commitment would vary dependant upon the fluctuating workload.
Training
No experience is necessary as any relevant training will be provided. There is also opportunity for ongoing development.
Support and guidance from volunteer co-ordinator will also be provided.
Expenses
Any volunteer travel expenses related to the role of newsletter collator will be covered by CLASP.
We may also be able to help with child care.

- Research upcoming events, new groups or services relevant to Stevenston's community.
- Contact groups and services, inviting them to utilise our newsletter.
- Invite local businesses to advertise in our newsletter.
- Assess and edit any information sent for our newsletter.
- Create a draft version of newsletter for approval, proof read draft and liase with printers.
